Day 8

I've officially done a week of blogging. It's harder than eating healthy. 🤣 To put the time aside to document what I've eaten, track my calories, weighing my food, it takes a lot of effort. It also takes a lot of time, which we don't seem to have enough of. I haven't weighed ANY of my food this whole weekend, last Sunday when I started blogging my food diaries, I had the intention to be super strict for four weeks. Day 6

Happy Friday!  It's 6.10pm as I'm writing this daily blog/diary entry. I've already put Georgie to sleep 😴 I know it's so early, but he's been driving me mad all day! I need him to sleep so I can try and sort the house out before Jake comes home. I'm usually always doing something and am always out and about busy. So today I thought I would stay home ALL DAY! I still had work emails to respond to, newsletters to send, social media posts, customers to contact. The Game Changer Kitchen has a 6pm Friday deadline to get orders in for the following week. So many people forget, so I have to nudge them. Anyways, boredom kicked in around 12pm...

Day 7

9am - Today I have an event, I'm actually going on my own, I was meant to go with our Vegan chef Kasia, but she's cancelled. Not going to lie, I am pretty nervous to go alone. It's good to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I once heard a quote "be comfortable with being uncomfortable" another quote, which is mine and Jakes favourite quote "feel the fear and do it anyway". Anyways enough motivational talk and more about food. There's a hot buffet at the event, which I don't plan to touch to be honest. Unless, it's amazing. I will have a drink though... I made protein pancakes this morning, we're launching them next week for Pancake special. Chocolate...

Day 5

I've decided to split this blog up throughout the day, it takes an hour or so to write each evening, so I've made it more of a live feed diary..   8.15am So if you read my post from yesterday, you're all wondering if I got up to go to the gym this morning...I did wake up and get up at 6.30am...but my eyes were burning and Georgie woke up countless times throughout the night to feed. Day 4

I can't even remember what time I was woken up this morning by lil man. 😴 I wasn't going to attempt another burnt rye bread fiasco, so I've played it safe this morning. 🤣 With my sweet bowl of hot chocolate porridge with a small banana.  I'm on day 3 of weaning Georgie trying a new vegetable every day, broccoli today, even for breakfast. 🤢   Once Georgie was with his sitter, I went and spent the day at The Game Changer Kitchen today.
