During your first consultation we will discuss your goals. You will need to fill in a health questionnaire which will include your health history. We'll also look at your diet and lifestyle currently and also discuss your past lifestyle.
The first consultation should be enough for me to asses how much level of support you need moving forward to achieve your goals. We want to the get to the root of your health issues, increase your energy levels and get you on track to health.
Before our consultation I will send you access to our app where you can fill in your daily food for a week before our first consultation, we'll review this during your consulation. You'll take away healthy eating action plan tailored to your needs on our first consultation.
The information gathered from the consultation will be used to generate a personalised nutrition programme for you to follow and for me to support you throughout your weight management and wellness journey.
Together we will agree on your health goals for the consultation, using this, we will work with you to agree a realistic programme for you to follow.

Once your booking is confirmed for your first consultation, I will send you a questionnaire, access to our app to log your food for a typical 7 day food diary. The questionnaire will cover your health symptoms, family health history, dietary habits, digestive function and lifestyle. I will need this returned to me via email days before our consultation to give me a chance to prepare and analyse it before our initial one to one consultation.
