Ideallean French Vanilla Protein Cinnamon Apple Pie Porridge

  Serves 1 40g Oats 1 Pink Lady Apple banana 1 tbsp chia seeds 300 mls unsweetened almond milk 1 serving Idealfit ideallean lean French Vanilla Protein Powder Sprinkle of Cinnamon Cut up the apple in small pieces. Add the unsweetened almond milk to a pan along with the oats and chia seeds and  stir all together. Then add the cinnamon and Idealfit Ideallean French Vanilla protein powder in. Stir everything, cover pan with a lid.  Simmer all ingredients for around 5-10 minutes.  Pour all ingredients into a bowl and if you want to make it look pretty, top with a little extra chia seeds, cinnamon powder and spare apple. Chocolate MyProtein Protein Porridge Recipe

MyProtein Chocolate Flavour Porridge Serves 1 45g Oats 1/2 banana 1 squares 85% dark chocolate 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 300 mls unsweetened almond milk 1 serving MyProtein Chocolate Protein Powder 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 Frozen raspberries for decorations 1 tsp of peanut butter 1/2 tsp honey or algave Add the almond milk to a pan along with the oats. Whisk them all together. Then add half the tablespoon of chia seeds, leave half for decorations. Add Myprotein protein powder in. Add half the honey and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour it all into your bowl and top up with banana, chia seeds, frozen berries, peanut butter and banana.... and whisk all up to mix together and enjoy! Perfect for evening dessert ideally after...

Brownie Ideallean Porridge

Ideallean Porridge Brownie Flavour has a whopping 23g protein per serving. So this breakfast with the oats, banana, chia seeds, almond milk and extra chocolate (because, chocolate is life) is around 40g of protein.    Serves 1 40g Oats 1 banana 2 squares 85% dark chocolate 1 tbsp cocoa powder 250mls unsweetened almond milk 1 serving Ideallean Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp honey Add everything in a pan apart from one square dark chocolate and a couple of chopped up pieces of banana. Healthy Gluten Free Lasagna

Lasagna made healthy.  By replacing the pork or beef mince which is usually 20% fat with 5% fat mince, you're cutting a load of calories and cutting out the necessary extra fat without having an impact on the taste of this dish.  We've also recently discovered Weight Watchers cheese, which is half the calories of cheddar and more than half the fat, it tastes just as nice.
