- 60g Brown Rice
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 sachet of MyProtein Thai Jungle Curry Protein Seasoning™
- Pack of baby corn
- 1 Carrot
- 100g of frozen peas
- 1 Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Super simple dinner using MyProtein Thai Jungle Curry Protein Seasoning™ which pack a huge 16g of protein per sachet, so it's perfect to add extra protein to your dinner. Also great to add extra flavour into your meals.
Boil a pan of water and add the brown rice. Depending if it's fast cook rice (cook for 10 minutes) if it's slow cooked rice (around 45 minutes)
Cut the chicken into small cubes, cover with half the MyProtein Thai Jungle Curry Protein Seasoning™
Cut the onion in small pieces
Warm up a pan and add the coconut oil and fry the chopped onion until it's softened, add the chicken until it's fully cooked.
Cut up the carrot and baby corn into small pieces.
In another pan boil water and add the vegetables. Boil for around 10 minutes.
Once the rice & vegetables are cooked sieve the water, place the rice & vegetables in the pan with the chicken. Add the remaining MyProtein Thai Jungle Curry Protein Seasoning™ and stir thoroughly.
Add the two eggs and stir quickly, fry for around 5 minutes so the egg is fully cooked.
