- 40g Oats
- 1 Pink Lady Apple banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 300 mls unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving Idealfit ideallean lean French Vanilla Protein Powder
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Cut up the apple in small pieces.
Add the unsweetened almond milk to a pan along with the oats and chia seeds and stir all together. Then add the cinnamon and Idealfit Ideallean French Vanilla protein powder in. Stir everything, cover pan with a lid.
Simmer all ingredients for around 5-10 minutes.
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and if you want to make it look pretty, top with a little extra chia seeds, cinnamon powder and spare apple.
I ate this when I had nothing in the house for my lunch. This is around 440 calories and has over 30g protein for this serving!
