- 40g Oats
- 1 banana
- 2 squares 85% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250mls unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving Ideallean Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp honey
Add everything in a pan apart from one square dark chocolate and a couple of chopped up pieces of banana. Simmer away for 10-15 minutes. Add to your bowl and top up with banana and dark chocolate to make it look slightly pretty.
